Hi Uncle Shorty's Oils fans,

A number of you have reached out regarding the delay in our Summer Scent launch and the changes to the pricing structure in The Shop. I hear you. Our Summer Scents are coming shortly, but I had to take a big-girl business view and evaluate how we run our business to make sure it can continue. To ensure our stability and success, we've joined the International Hartford Business Growth Program. That comes with both excitement and some tough business decisions to ensure that Uncle Shorty's is a sustainable business and the vibes can continue grow.

There are all sorts of ways for us to reach sustainability, where Uncle Shorty's can be responsible for his own expenses and even generate a profit. However, I felt that many of those avenues would compromise the quality of our product or the quality of our shop vibes. That's the heart of our business. So, I've made decisions that will help Uncle Shorty's head toward sustainability without compromising our commitment to bringing you hand-crafted, uncut, premium scents, body and haircare products sourced from suppliers across the country and all over the world.

We've learned so much since we started - suppliers, inventory, tariffs, imports, exports, taxes... and we learn something new every day. I'm excited to share our journey through the Business Growth Program in hopes that Uncle Shorty's can inspire other SheEO's and future entrepreneurs. Thanks for being on this journey with us, we're excited to meet the business challenges head on and be able to curate more experiences, opportunities and events.
